DELIVERY & RETURNS
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email to confirm the order. All orders will then be picked and packed within 2 business days of placing your order. Orders are shipped via Australia Post to the nominated address.
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email which includes the delivery tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to arrive
Standard Delivery: $6.95 or FREE on orders over $100
Express Post: $12.50 or FREE on orders over $200
At The Simple Pleasure we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, however due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a return or exchange if you have changed your mind, or do not find the product satisfies your needs.
If your product is found to be faulty, please contact us at email@example.com with details of your purchase prior.
Most items come with a 1 year warranty. We will honour any manufacturer’s warranty which comes with the product. It is important you follow any warranty requirements upon receipt of these items to ensure the warranty is valid. Warranties do not apply to goods that become damaged due to misuse, if used for purposes other than what they were designed for or those who have simply stopped working due to fair wear and tear.
If no warranty is listed within the product details, then the manufacturer doesn’t offer a warranty.
Should the product prove to be defective, we will, on proof of purchase, replace the product with an identical product at our sole discretion.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders (tracking number will be required as proof of lodgement).
